NIA Admits Culpability in San Jose Tree Cutting

In a meeting with the affected residents of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija held yesterday, September 3, 2010, the National Irrigation Administration Division I officials admitted that they did indeed violate the provisions of P.D. 953 - a law "requiring the planting of trees in certain places and penalizing unauthorized cutting, destruction, damaging and injuring of certain trees, plants and vegetation."

DENGUE BREEDING PLACE @ VITO CRUZ

This is to call the attention of the local government and assigned authorities. Since Dengue is starting to spread in our community, i was alarmed by the condition of the drainage system in almost the entire P. Ocampo street especially corner Dian, Conchu and espiritu. The drainage are all clogged and with stagnant water. 

This should be a concern since our community is within in the vicinity of St. Scholastica 's College, Benilde and  La Salle University.
